Please use the referral form to refer a student to Connections Learning Center.

Refer a Student

The referring school should take the following into consideration:

• All referrals for students on an IEP, or in the process of an IEP evaluation, must first be discussed with the referring school's special education assistant director.
• Please make sure the student’s parent or guardian agrees with the decision to pursue a change of placement to Connections.
